EXERCICES DE RESPIRATION. Inspirez par la bouche et expirer par votre nez. Prenez des souffles profonds et comptez jusqu’à 10 entre chaque souffle. Essayez de tenir l'air dans vos poumons pendant au moins 10 secondes avant l'exhalation par votre nez.

REGARDEZ UN PROGRAMME AMUSANT. Prenez l’habitude de regarder chaque soir un programme de télévision ou un film divertissant. Vous attendrez ce moment de relax chaque nuit et cela créera une certaine routine apaisante.

ELEVEZ UN CHIOT. Bien qu'un chien puisse être stressant au début, il vous forcera à ralentir pour vous occuper de lui. Comme les personnes, les chiens profitent de la routine. En plus de vous obliger à ralentir, un chien vous aidera à vous installer dans une routine bénéfique.

TROUVEZ UNE OCCUPATION CREATIVE. La créativité étouffée peut être très stressante pour certains. Ceci peut également être la raison de votre stress. Avoir une activité créative comme la peinture ou l'écriture, peut non seulement soulager votre stress mais l’éliminer.

LISEZ UN LIVRE. Prenez l’habitude de lire un livre au lit au lieu de prendre des somnifères. La lecture d'un livre est une manière de se détendre bien meilleure pour l'insomnie que les comprimés.

INSCRIVEZ-VOUS DANS UN CLUB DE GYM. Vous pouvez être plus motivé pour vous bouger si vous devez payer un club pour faire de la gym. En plus de vous remettre en forme, vous pouvez rencontrer d’autres personnes, ce qui vous fera beaucoup de bien.

JOIGNEZ UNE ASSOCIATION. Vous pouvez rencontrer des personnes qui ont des intérêts semblables aux vôtres. Ceci vous rendra confiance, vous permettra de faire de nouveaux amis et éloignera de votre esprit les sources du stress.

ESSAYEZ DE TROUVER COMMENT AIDER LES AUTRES. Parfois, voir d'autres personnes dont la situation est pire que la notre, nous aide à relativiser et éloigne automatiquement de notre esprit nos sources de stress. Vous accomplirez une bonne action et vous vous trouverez tout de suite mieux.

SORTEZ PROMENER OU COURIR. Parfois, sortir juste à l'air frais fonctionne comme un relaxant. L’exercice fera que vous vous sentirez régénéré quand vous rentrerez à la maison

PLEUREZ! Pleurer, comme rire est un formidable moyen de libérer le stress. Parfois nous avons tous besoin de pleurer. Si vous avez accumulé vos émotions, libérez-les en pleurant et vous vous sentirez tout de suite mieux.
